Facilities
The SWIRL TAS Sports Centre is a multi-use facility offering a wide range of indoor sport and recreation activities. The sports centre include two squash courts for casual and club use as well as an adjoining sports court.
Indoor recreation activities include:
- Volleyball
- Basketball
- Squash (four courts)
- Table tennis
- Bowls
- Badminton
- Netball
Clubrooms in the centre are available to all users and there is a licensed viewing area. Lighting is operated by a token system, with tokens available through the Circular Head Council at 33 Goldie Street, Smithton.
There is potential for other recreation and social activities to be held at the sports centre.
