1. Information on how to enter and prizes form part of these conditions of entry. Entry into the promotion is deemed acceptance of these conditions of entry.

2. Entry is open to any person residing in the Town of Smithon in Tasmania, Australia who is aged 18 years and over, void elsewhere and/or where prohibited by law. Employees of the Promoter, the Promoter’s associated companies, the Promoter’s agencies associated with this promotion and their immediate families are ineligible to enter. Foundation members are also eligible to enter.

3. Promotional Period – The promotion commences at 12:01pm (AEST) on 01 December 2025 and closes at 4:00pm (AEST) 21 December 2025. (“Promotional Period”).

4. The competition will be promoted on the Smithon Wellbeing, Indoor Recreation & Leisure website, Facebook and Instagram page.

5. To enter the promotion, eligible persons must, within the Promotional Period, sign up to a Full Access Membership.

6. Individuals can only enter the competition once.

7. All eligible entries will be entered into the prize draw. No responsibility will be taken for entries lost, delayed, or not completed properly.

8. All entries will also join the Smithon Wellbeing, Indoor Recreation & Leisure mailing list subscription by completing the subscription application or completing a manual entry form via the advertisement.

9. Entrants are responsible for their own costs associated with accessing the internet.

10. This competition is in no way sponsored, endorsed, or administered by, or associated with, Meta. Entrants are providing their information to the Promoter and not to Meta. By entering and participating, the entrant agrees to hold harmless, defend and indemnify Facebook from and against any and all claims, demands, liability, damages or causes of action (however named or described), losses, costs or expenses, with respect to or arising out of or related to
    (i) entrant’s participation in the Sweepstake, or (ii) entrant’s participation in any Prize related activities, acceptance of a Prize and/or use or misuse of a Prize (including, without limitation, any property loss, damage, personal injury or death caused to any person(s).

11. The winner will be notified in writing (email) within two (2) working days of the draw date and the winner has five (5) working days to claim the prize.

    • If the winner fails to claim the prize in five (5) working days a redraw will take place.
